Abstract
Schools as educational institutions have an important role in instilling religious values in students through building religious culture. This study aims to describe the conditions for implementing student habitualization through religious culture, develop effective habitualization management strategies, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of student habitualization management at SDN Sukasari, Kadupandak District, Cianjur Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of student habitualization through religious culture at SDN Sukasari has been running well through various programs such as congregational dhuha prayer, reading the Quran, tausiah, and habituation of Islamic behavior. Development strategies applied include integrating religious values into the curriculum, creating a conducive learning environment, developing habituation programs, collaborating with parents and the community, and continuous evaluation. Supporting factors include school management support, teacher competence, parental participation, and availability of infrastructure. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited facilities, limited budget, and lack of participation from some parents. This research contributes to the development of a character education model based on religious values that can be applied in other schools.
