Abstract

This study aims to address the issue of low student participation and understanding in Al-Qur'an Hadis lessons in class X.1 of MA Negeri Purwakarta. The Team Quiz Method was implemented with 32 students through two learning cycles. Data was collected through direct observation, written tests, and questionnaires. The results show significant changes. Before implementing this method, only 10 students (30%) actively participated in learning. After implementing the Team Quiz Method, the number of active students increased to 28 students (87.5%). Similarly, students' conceptual understanding scores improved from an average of 68 to 85. The research concludes that the Team Quiz Method successfully creates an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, thereby enhancing student engagement and mastery of Al-Qur'an Hadis material simultaneously.
