Implementasi Kebijakan Retribusi Jasa Usaha Pada Objek Wisata Lombongo di Kab. Bone Bolango

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and describe the implementation of the business service retribution policy at the Lombongo tourist attraction in Bone Bolango Regency. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research type was used. The data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation. Additionally, the data analysis was conducted using the Huberman model. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the business service retribution policy at the Lombongo tourist attraction of the business service retribution policy at the Lombongo tourist attarction in Bone Bolango Regency has not been well executed. From the communication aspect, the communication between th implementation between the implementers and the target group was good vertically, but there was a gap between the information obtained and the field observations, indicating a need for optimization. The resource aspect, including human resources, facilities, and budget, still needs to be improved for the development of the Lombongo tourist attraction. The dispotion/attitude aspect of the implementation was not well executed, as there were still visitors who were unaware of the retribution payment due to the lack of strictness of the retribution collectors in performing their duties. The bureaucratic stucture aspect was well executed, with apparent authority and exisiting SOPs related to retribution collection at the tourist attraction in Bone Bolango Regency.
