Analisis Efektivitas Manajemen Tata Usaha Untuk Efisiensi Administrasi Sekolah SMK Nurul Amaliyah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the administrative management system in achieving school administrative efficiency at SMK Swasta Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa. The background of this research is based on the crucial role of school administration as the center of managing school operations, supporting smooth workflows, decision-making, and improving service quality. The effectiveness of the administrative management system is an important factor in creating orderly, fast, accurate, and efficient school administration. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, head of administration, administrative staff, school operators, and teachers as research informants. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the administrative management system at SMK Swasta Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa has been fairly effective, demonstrated by clear task distribution, good coordination, and structured implementation of administrative procedures. School administrative efficiency is reflected in the smooth delivery of administrative services, orderly data management, and the support of information technology in data processing. However, several challenges remain, such as limited human resources, high administrative workload, and suboptimal digitalization of archives and documents.
