Transformasi Teknologi dan Pengembangan Industri Berbasis Inovasi Lokal Papua
Abstract
This study aims to analyze respondents’ perceptions of technological transformation and the development of industries based on local Papuan innovation through digital technology utilization in MSMEs and the downstreaming of local biotechnology products. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach supported by simple thematic analysis of open-ended responses. Primary data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire involving 30 respondents. The questionnaire consisted of respondent characteristics, Likert-scale statements on digital transformation and local biotechnology innovation, and open-ended questions related to barriers, training needs, potential local products, and downstreaming strategies. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean score, and Respondent Achievement Level (TCR). The results show that the Digital Transformation of MSMEs dimension obtained a mean score of 3.80 with a TCR of 76%, categorized as high. The Local Innovation/Biotechnology of Papua dimension obtained a mean score of 4.14 with a TCR of 82.8%, categorized as very high. The study concludes that digital transformation, technopreneurship, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and research downstreaming are essential to strengthen local innovation-based industries in Papua.
