Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of management standards as an instrument for quality assurance in community education at PKBM Cahaya Ilmu Pekanbaru. The background of this research is based on the importance of systematic management in improving the quality of sustainable nonformal education. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that management standards have been implemented in the aspects of planning, implementation, as well as evaluation and control. However, the implementation has not been optimal due to the lack of needs-based planning, low learner participation, and inadequately structured data management and evaluation systems. The discussion indicates that these conditions are not fully aligned with quality management principles that emphasize data-driven and needs-based management. In conclusion, management standards play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of community education, but require strengthening through needs-based planning, human resource capacity building, and the development of data-based evaluation systems to achieve sustainable quality improvement
