Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of learning media in Islamic religious education at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Al-Islah Sampang. The research focuses on three main aspects: (1) the use of audio media in Islamic education learning, (2) the use of visual media in Islamic education learning, and (3) the use of multimedia in Islamic education learning. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the utilization of audio-visual media is carried out through systematic steps starting from syllabus preparation, lesson plan development, to the use of learning videos uploaded on YouTube and shared through Google Classroom. Visual media are utilized through platforms such as Google Classroom, Quizizz, Zoom, and Google Meeting with planned steps starting from determining learning objectives to evaluation. Meanwhile, multimedia technology has proven effective in conveying knowledge, skills, and attitudes by stimulating students' thoughts, feelings, and attention, making the learning process more meaningful, purposeful, and enjoyable. This research provides an important contribution in understanding the implementation of learning technology in the context of Islamic religious education at the madrasah tsanawiyah level.
