Abstract


This study aims to explain the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on internet and website, including its definition, developments, and implications. The research method used is a literature review by collecting data from books, scientific journals, proceedings, and digital sources. The internet, as a global network, provides fast access to various types of information, including educational content. In PAI learning, it helps students expand their Islamic knowledge through digital sources such as e-books, videos, online lectures, and discussion forums. Websites, as interactive digital pages, serve as engaging and easily accessible learning media. The development of PAI learning through internet and websites involves strategies such as curriculum development, improving human resources, providing adequate infrastructure, and conducting systematic evaluations. The implications this enhances learning accessibility and effectiveness while fostering the growth of learning communities. However, challenges such as misinformation, technology addiction, and limited digital skills must also be addressed.
